Education : no32 'sharpen'
Someone mentioned to me that rotating a layer in a PSD will lose density but it's at such a low level that it's hard to notice. If you rotate quite a bit you do lose quality so as I've mentioned before always sharpen the final image. 'Smart sharpen' is the best tool to use for this since you have more control than the other methods.
